Title: Grilled Crab Sandwich - Diet - Wwfhr

3ozCrabmeat; cooked
1tbCelery; diced
1tbOnion; diced
2tsReduced-calorie mayonnaise
1tsFresh lemon juice
1/4tsHot pepper sauce
2slReduced-calorie whole-wheat bread
3/4ozCheddar cheese; shredded

Preheat broiler. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except bread and cheese. Spread mixture evenly on each slice of bread. Place on broiler pan; sprinkle evenly with cheese. Broil until cheese is bubbly, about 2 minutes. 1 serving. This serving provides: 1 fat, 2-1/2 protein, 1/4 vegetable, 1 bread.
